Account Information: When you sign up for a Listing Props account, we collect and store your User ID which is a combination of your email address and password. Your User ID is used to access the Listing Props application and manage your account. We may also collect and store your name, phone number, title, and company name. These may be required by us to provide the Services or by you during your use of the Services.

Billing Information: When you make a single property website Purchase, we do not collect or store your credit card number and billing address. Credit card numbers are never visible to Further South employees. We adhere to all controls required for handling cardholder data in accordance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance standards. You agree that our Third Party payment processors may collect and store your billing address and credit card information on our behalf. We are not responsible or liable for the ways in which Third Parties collect, store, or process your Personal Information or Sensitive Information, or other details about you.
